Per ASA Code, the players appearing on this list were determined by the slow pitch restricted player list committee. Any appeals regarding this list should be made to the player’s local commissioner who will forward it to the ASA National Office for further review by the committee.  Any appeals should be in writing and should include statistics, teams played for/against, and any other pertinent facts on why ASA should consider removal.  For a listing of ASA local associations and commissioners, please click here.

Players on the ASA restricted slow pitch player’s list may only play at the Class A level within the men’s slow pitch division of play.  Any team that participates in the 2008 ASA Class A Men’s Slow Pitch National Championship in Oklahoma City, September 25-28 or any of the ASA to be announced “Class A Cash Events” may not have more than two (2) players from the slow pitch restricted player’s list.

The ASA “Class A Cash Events” will be announced the first week of January in which the ASA will be awarding $2,000 “cash” award certificates to the winning teams who subsequently travel to ASA and participate in the Class A Men’s Slow Pitch National Championship in Oklahoma City.
